Covered by warranty

All fans under normal working conditions are guaranteed for one year after delivery or six months after commissioning, whichever is earlier.

Electrofans that are installed outside the hall must be covered with a roof to protect them from rainwater and harmful dust.
Bearings should not be left in the rain.
If for any reason you do not want to use the fan immediately after delivery, you must store it in a covered and non-contaminated place.
Pay attention to the maintenance and installation table and act accordingly.
Read the setup manual completely and pay attention to its points.
After the initial start-up of the electrofan, every 2 hours of operation of the fan for one day, the grease of the bearings should be controlled and the belts adjusted if necessary. Important remember : If the fan is sucking more or less dust, the impeller door must be opened every 15 days and cleaned with a wire brush.

Technical defects caused by natural and unexpected accidents, including accidents during transportation and installation, impact, water, fire, electricity fluctuations, improper use or repair by non-specialists.
Because the electric motor is procured from the market or delivered by the buyer, in this case the electric motor will not be considered part of the warranty. If any of the above items are not done correctly, this company will not accept any responsibility regarding the warranty of the fans.
